1. The service

Visibility is an AI Search intelligence platform. During Public Beta, features may change and metrics marked as Demo Data are illustrative, not measurements.

2. Accounts & plans

Each organization receives the Free plan on signup: 1 website audit and 1 AI Visibility scan per month (max 10 prompts, 2 AI providers). Paid plans raise these limits; quotas and rate limits are enforced server-side.

3. Fair use

Automated abuse of scans, audits or the tracking endpoint is prohibited. We may throttle or suspend accounts that attempt to bypass quotas or access another organization's data.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you connect. We process it only to provide the service — see the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Liability

AI-generated answers are produced by third-party models and may be inaccurate. Visibility measures them but does not guarantee their content. The service is provided as-is during beta.
